Since items are printed upon request, all sales are final and non-refundable. 

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if your item is defective or damaged, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

If there is an issue with your item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the item at kadcox@praetorian-consulting.net. We will assist you in resolving the issue, which may require providing photographic evidence of the damage.
